Ghatasthapana 2021 muhurat Navratri is considered to be of great importance in Hinduism. On hearing the name of Navratri, a wave of devotion runs among people. Devotees are very excited about these nine days. Mainly these nine days are the days of worship of Shakti. For the common man, Navratri comes twice every year at an interval of six months. The Navratri that starts from the Pratipada of Shukla Paksha in the month of Ashwin is called Shardiya Navratri. This time Shardiya Navratri is starting from Thursday, October 07, 2021. Even before the start of Navratri, devotees make all the preparations so that there is no shortage in the worship of Goddess Durga. The material required for setting up the Kalash is

a wide-mouthed earthen pot, clay or sand (river sand), Ghat or Kalash, mango leaves, Ganges water, barley for dwarfs, coconut with clumps, molly and red chunri, cloves, Areca nut, roli, intact, flower. 

Worship Material List-

Wooden post or clean board, picture or statue of Mata Rani, picture of Lakshmi Ganesh, native ghee, lamp, cotton (for making wick), incense sticks, batashe, nutmeg of worship, dry incense, paan, betel nut , cardamom, cloves and camphor, cow dung cakes, fruits and flowers, flower necklace, red chunri for mother queen, adornment items (Bangle, Sindoor, Mahawar, Bindi, Kajal, Mehndi) etc. Others can bring their own material, such as if you want to use frankincense, guggul, etc. in worship.

Kalash installation

method- Get up early in the morning and clean the house after taking bath. Now spread a red cloth on a wooden post, sprinkle Gangajal. Establish a picture of Maa Durga, Lord Ganesha, Lakshmi and other deities who have to be worshipped. Now make a sign of 'Om' or 'Swastik' on the top of the Kalash and tie Kalawa at the turn of the Kalash. Now moisten a little sand or soil in an earthen pot, mix barley in it and fill the urn with water and place it on top of it. Put a little gangajal, betel nut, cloves, rupee coin, etc. in the water of the urn. Now put mango leaves over the Kalash and wrap the chunri in coconut and place it on top of it. Now, while meditating on Ganapati, bow down to the Kalash and light the lamp in front of Mata Rani and do tilak on her and take a vow of fasting. Worship the mother duly with fruits and flowers, naivedya.
